Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may result in a 50% charge and must be paid in order to rebook. No call no shows will be charged 100% and may not be able to book again. If you are more than 20 minutes late, that will also result in a 50% charge that must be paid to rebook! To avoid such charges, please follow my cancellation policy, stylists rely financially on all appointments. As much notice as possible allows time to fill your scheduled time.
